Brightwing Systems, LLC operates vCMO. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account data (email, name, timezone), the product/marketing records you create, usage analytics, and — for abuse prevention on the free tier — a coarse signal (IP and a request fingerprint) at Gauntlet start, retained for a bounded window.

AI providers

We use third-party large-language-model providers to generate guidance. Inputs are sent to those providers to produce outputs; we select providers with a no-training / limited-retention posture.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
